Fast Ford

PUBLIC TRACK TIME

-

If you want to test your fast Ford to the limit, then Ford Fair is the place for you. For just £30/£35 (bought in advance) you can get out on the famous Silverstone circuit and put your skills to the test – all you need is a Ford, a driving licence, and a crash helmet.

EXPERIENCE LEVELS

It doesn’t even matter if you’re a track virgin or a track veteran, as there are sessions dedicated to different experience levels; novice, intermediate, and expert. Just make sure you book a session that best suits your experience.

DRIVERS

If you’re taking your Ford on track you will need to head to the Brooklands building to attend a briefing at your allocated time. After the briefing you will be given a wristband, but only if you can show a valid driving licence! All drivers (and passengers) must wear a crash helmet at all times when on track. If you’ve got your own the feel free to wear that, but there will also be some available to hire on the day.

PASSENGERS

Fancy taking a mate on track with you? Well they can hop in the passenger seat and enjoy the thrill of track action too. All-day passenger passes will be available to buy from the Brooklands building for just £10. All passengers will also need a crash helmet, so if you don’t have a spare they’ll need to hire one.

SPECTATORS

The track action will be coming thick and fast throughout the day so be sure to catch a glimpse. The best spectator spots to witness the biggest thrills – and occasional spills – are in the grandstands, the Brooklands building, and along the banking at Copse corner.
