Are there any MIDI controllers for wind instrument players?

Obviously, you’re spoilt for choice if you want a keyboard controller, and guitarists have plenty of MIDI systems to consider, too. Wind instrument players, though, aren’t so well catered for.

However, there are options. Akai have their EWI range, which comprises both USB and wireless controllers, and Roland offer the Aerophone AE-10 and Aerophone GO, both of which are standalone instruments in their own right but also have MIDI functionality.
