2016 COMMUNITY AWARDS Nom­i­na­tions

Nom­i­na­tions are in­vited in the fol­low­ing cat­e­gories for both busi­ness and in­di­vid­u­als work­ing or liv­ing in the area (post­codes Berowra Wa­ters, Ber­rilee, Ar­ca­dia, Fid­dle­town, Gal­ston, Mid­dle Du­ral, Glenorie, Hill­side, For­est Glen, Ca­noe­lands. Awardees will be taken from the qual­ity of the nom­i­na­tions. The Ro­tary Club re­quire the fol­low­ing de­tails: • The full name, ad­dress, tele­phone num­ber and email of the

per­son you are nom­i­nat­ing. • Why have you nom­i­nated this per­son or this busi­ness for

an award? • How have they im­proved their busi­ness? • Why is their cus­tomer ser­vice so good? • How long have they been in­volved in community or char­ity work? • What is the type of community or char­ity work? • Tell us why and how th­ese peo­ple stand out from oth­ers in
