Green gin­ger buzz

2 cups baby spinach or kale ½ cup pineap­ple

½ green ap­ple

½ ba­nana

2 tea­spoons grated gin­ger ½–¾ cup cold wa­ter

Place all the in­gre­di­ents in a blender and blend on high speed un­til thick and smooth. Pour into a glass and serve im­me­di­ately. En­joy!
