Andy and Lana Wachowski – the duo behind the blockbuster Matrix series – know their way around a big-budget flick. Their latest sci-fi epic (described as a “space opera”, whatever the hell that means), stars Mila Kunis as a down-on-her-luck cleaner named Jupiter Jones who soon learns she’s destined for much greater things (sound familiar?). Assisting her on her journey is the perplexingly popular Channing Tatum as an interstellar warrior. Sean Bean is among those trying to help the pair, though many viewers will just be wondering how long it will take his character to die – that’s not a spoiler … or is it? Also stars Oscar-winner Eddie Redmayne.
