Kensington Retirement Village in Leopold encompasses all of their core values and offers residents a broad range of facilities.
Mr Longo said there was always something to do, an activity to share or somewhere quiet to relax within the village. “Our five-star clubhouse features include spa and sauna, indoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, bar, library, kiosk, internet station, coffee lounge, dance floor, theatre, dining room and a games room,” Mr Longo said.
“Plus we have rooms especially set aside and equipped for hairdressing, massage, consulting and group activities.
“For the outdoor types, the village offers plenty of sporting opportunities with a bowling green, putting green, bocce court and half croquet court, with a barbecue pavilion for post-game celebrations.”
The Leopold location means a trip to central Geelong or a Bellarine Peninsula winery lunch date is just 10 minutes away, with Leopold’s large shopping centre less than 2km away.

Kensington is a fitting place for those who are interested in maintaining their sense of independence but want to downsize to a secure home.
All homes are purposefully single storey to allow for easy access, with a private selfcontained rear yard. The houses vary in cost depending on size and design elements.
The village is open for inspection Monday to Friday 10am–4pm and weekends by appointment.
