ABSURD TO THINK COUNCIL CAN ENFORCE SUGAR BAN

SINCE council does not run the cafeteria at any of the public swimming pools, how is it going to force the lessees to ban sugary junk drinks and such (GA 18/9)?

The same problem presented when they tried to ban a cafe employee whom had been found to have committed an offence.
