IN December 1950 a farmer wrote, rabbits are Australia’s greatest curse that will not be cured by prosecuting the individual.
Our railways and Crown land, are breeding grounds that are above the law, and there is unwarranted threatening of landholders when government makes little or no attempt to set its own house in order. Governments need to recognise their duty.
