WHAT COULD HARRY STUFF IN HIS SOCK THIS WEEK?

HARRY Taylor left the footy world in stitches when he had a piece of ham when he shook Josh Jenkins’s hand in Round 18.

Taylor had kept the meat in his sock ready for Jenkins at the end of the game after the Crows forward had spent the week battling an acute case of food poisoning after eating some ham. It had us thinking: What’s Harry going to have this time?

AN APPENDIX

Good luck sourcing one, Harry. But it surely is the most timely thing you can hand Rory Sloane. The Adelaide midfielder lost his recently and will make his return to the Crows team tonight.

APRICOT SLICE

One for the Adelaide fans. This one first made an appearance on Port Adelaide’s banner for the Showdown earlier this year. Certainly the Crows fans have an elitist attitude when it comes to their Power rivals and their love of apricot slice is a nod to that. Maybe when Harry is handing out some high fives he can throw a few slices into the crowd.

A RULEBOOK

This one goes to Eddie Betts. Remember that game back in Round 22 when Betts tackled Sydney’s Callum Mills even when the umpire hadn’t called play on? It basically cost the Crows the game. Had Eddie read the rules he would have known that you can only tackle a player who has taken a mark once the umpire has called play on.

A NEW CONTRACT

Every Crows fan would be hoping this one goes out to Jake Lever.

The 21-year-old has been sensational for Adelaide this year, but is yet to put pen to paper on a new deal that would tie him to the club.

Melbourne is one of the main teams circling the key defender.

Maybe Harry could make the most of the situation and help Adelaide out.

LANCE FRANKLIN

Poor old Buddy is still in there from last week. Harry gave the champion forward an absolute bath. Time to let him go, Haz.
