A NAUGHTY RURAL MURAL

- – HARRISON TIPPET

RAUNCHY aliens or naughty farmers are likely behind the appearance of a handful of crass crop circles near the Surf Coast.

About 2km off the Surf Coast Highway a little paddock that appears completely normal from ground level hides a silly secret; two priapic stick figures and what appears to be a poorly outlined penis.

The bizarre images, likely mowed into the paddock on the border of Mount Duneed and Connewarre, were discovered by an eagle-eyed reader on Google Earth’s satellite imagery.

What appears to be a love heart, a smiley face and plenty of squiggly lines mowed into the paddock are also visible from the sky, suggesting the aerial artist may still be perfecting his or her style.

The Geelong Advertiser was yesterday unable to contact the owners of a nearby property to discuss the apparent artworks.
