NATIONAL logistics operator Border Express is set to open a transport hub in Geelong after leasing a Bell Park property.

NAI Harcourts, North Geelong agent Gareth Oakley said the national trucking company had paid closed to the asking lease of $140,000 per annum, plus GST and outgoings to secure the property at 1/271 Thompson Rd, Bell Park.

The main road warehouse features drivethrough access, a 7.3m internal height and a substantial power supply, ideal for operating a logistics centre.

Built on a 3550sq m Industrial 1 property, the warehouse has a floor area of 1900sq m.

The warehouse is in the centre of North Geelong’s main industrial estate, with easy access to the freeway network.
