“This exciting children’s hub will ensure Geelong’s northern suburbs families can access quality early years and family services they need to help their children thrive,” Mr Eren said.

Geelong councillors Kylie Grzybek and Anthony Aitken welcomed the investment.

“This centre will make a huge difference for local families and help these children reach their full potential,” the councillors said in a joint statement.

It will also include a kindergarten, long day care, maternal and child health, consulting rooms, toy library and multipurpose facilities

“We know that high-quality early years education and care are vital to giving children the best start in life, which is why the Government is investing in first-rate early learning facilities,” Ms Neville said.
