LABOR, UNIONS THE ONES THAT DESERVE THE BLAME

-

ANDREW Scott (GA 23/12) seems to think that Sarah Henderson is to blame for the problems of everybody in his letter in Your Say.

Apparently, it is her fault that people are unemployed, have been made redundant or had their penalty rates reduced.

Of course, it has nothing to do with unions pricing Australians out of jobs.

Didn’t he see what happened on the docks recently?

It is ridiculous that we have huge power bills and a possible shortage of electricity in a country with so many resources.

Doesn’t he know that Daniel Andrews forced the closure of Hazlewood with his mates in the Greens?

And what about destroying the town of Heyfield to save a possum?

It seems that Andrew thinks that everybody should be able to attend university or TAFE without paying while they study subjects that are of no use in the real world. What about getting a job? The Rudd Labor Government inherited a huge surplus and spent it like the irresponsible fools that they were. We haven’t recovered from that.

Australia is a democracy and most of the people in the democracy don’t want uninvited refugees coming to our country.

I have yet to see a person dragged into a pokies venue. People make their own choices and have to live with them when they play the pokies or take drugs.

I don’t know Andrew Scott’s personal situation but I think he should take some responsibility for it whatever it may be. Does he really think that life will improve when Bill Shorten is prime minister?
