Returning after a short break and soon after it airs in the US, we are discovering that season three is a dark (and hilarious) ride. In “Nathaniel Needs My Help!”, Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) wonders if history is repeating itself as Darryl (Pete Gardner) embraces a newfound superpower. Meanwhile, Paula (Donna Lynne Champlin) schemes again, but this time it’s for good. Creator and star Bloom has predicted four seasons to tell the story of scorned Rebecca. If so, her well laid out vision is building to a masterful finale.
