Big names return for full-on footy roadshow

-

THE Full-On Footy Tour returns to Geelong — bigger and better than ever.

The tour has expanded and will see the country’s top footy columnists and commentators travel to nine regional centres across three states.

The Addy’s sports editor Nick Wade will be part of the action on the tour, alongside some of the AFL’s biggest names including Jonathan Brown, Dermott Brereton, Nick Riewoldt, Garry Lyon, Jason Dunstall, David King, and Paul Roos, and Fox Footy’s Sarah Jones and Kelli Underwood.

Building on the success of the original tour in Victoria last year, Foxtel and News Corp Australia will again jointly stage the roadshow.

It will include school visits, footy clinics and a sportsman’s night at a local venue.

The Victorian leg of the tour will kick off in Geelong on March 8, with Johnson, Dunstall, Jones and Wade headlining the panel.

It will then head to Ballarat’s The Sporting Globe on March 13, Bendigo’s Quality Resort All Seasons Hotel on March 14, and finish with a star-studded event at Prahran’s Flying Duck Hotel in Melbourne on March 15.

In addition to the Addy, a raft of sister newspapers will support the tour including the Herald Sun and Daily Telegraph. The events will be free to attend, and readers can register interest at foxsports.com.au/fullonfootytour
