More 80,000 people have signed a petition calling for all Australian cyclists to be made to ride in a single file, rather than the current law that allows them to ride two across

People! It is law. Two abreast is safer for the rider, can be seen easier and if you think about it the line of riders will be twice as long. They have as much right to the road as any other vehicle. As long as everyone, including riders, knows and obeys the law. Geoff Cooper
