LARA WASTE DUMP A GOVERNMENT MESS

THE toxic waste dump at Lara is the result of the total failure of government regulatory agencies doing their job.

Johnny “come lately” Eren has arrived after the failures to regulate the business and he now wants to somehow overcome corporate laws to make a liquidated company and person (who has used totally legal structures to put assets out of his ownership) accountable.

This “Eren solution” will be done in the same manner that our courts currently operate, so it is destined to be a total failure to meet any community expectations that we deserve.

It is a simple investigation — how did government regulatory agencies, who give permits and oversee business operations that allowed a massive ticking time bomb to be “built”?

It is not as if this was hidden out of sight. Who failed to look and ask questions of the operations?

Asbestos — a lethal killer that successive governments failed to act on and that we are now well aware of the consequences has been allowed to be illegally stock piled. How is this possible? Do the clowns running our country know what mesothelioma is like?
