FORMER Spice Girl Geri Halliwell was reunited with Prince Charles at a London event yesterday — 22 years after she reportedly pinched his bum at a charity concert.
This time, the former Ginger Spice, once famous for her dangerously short Union Jack frock, dressed demurely in a black gown on the arm of husband Christian Horner, boss of the Red Bull Formula 1 team, at a reception for the Prince’s Trust.
Back in 1997 at a Prince’s Trust charity concert in Manchester, Halliwell shocked Charles with a “pat” on his bottom.
Yesterday, she praised him as a “modern royal”.
“I feel like we should be really proud of what he does,” she said. “He has consciousness. He thinks about the world we live in.”
