Lions’ chance to make move

-

LEOPOLD must back-up last week’s comfortable win over North Geelong when it meets Grovedale today.

The Lions were comprehensive on day one, claiming first-innings points, but were denied an outright by a stubborn Pies.

Meanwhile, Grovedale fell short against ladder-leader East Belmont, but will go into the clash as favourite, with its spot in the four still yet to be locked away.

Leopold must be wary of Luke Ford and Barry Tsitas, who took nine scalps between them last round.
