FLYING THE FLAG IN ENVY OF THE PIVOTONIANS

NOW that the border at Little River is to be enforced, perhaps it is time for Geelong to raise its own flag.

I’ve had one drawn up, based on the Geelong FC stripes. Maybe as the hordes gather at the border and gaze longingly towards our fair land, they will at last envy us, the Pivotonians who have been able to escape the dread clutches of COVID City.

But then, we must not be too smug. The next round will be much, much worse.
