Fruit-infused ice cubes

Make your SodaStream Waters Fruits sparkling water even more of a showstopper this summer with these real fruit ice cubes. We used the naturally flavoured Pink Lemonade mixer in our jug.

your choice of fruits and herbs - we used strawberries, lemon, lime, cucumber and mint leaves water - boiled and then slightly cooled

Slice and chop your fruits so they fit into your ice cube tray. Place the chopped fruits into each segment of the tray, fill each segment to about ¾ full with the water. It doesn’t matter if some of your fruit pieces stick out above the water level - it just makes for a more interesting ice cube. Place trays in the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight until frozen.

Tips Using boiled water means when your ice cubes freeze they will be a lot clearer. Let the boiled water cool slightly while you prepare your fruits. The options are endless when it comes to choosing what fruits, herbs and even edible flowers to put in your ice cubes.
