Good’s Spring Session beauty workshop with Linden Leaves, in association with Mission Estate Winery at True Food and Yoga, was such a success we’re doing it again!
Good magazine’s sold-out reader event with Linden Leaves and Mission Estate Winery at True Food and Yoga on September 30 was a memorable day for all the right reasons. Not only did everyone get to make their own beautiful Linden Leaves Aromatherapy Synergy Body Oil Memories infused with real freeze-dried fruit and flowers, but they sampled beautiful wines from Mission Estate Winery: sparkling Fete, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, syrah and rosé. It was a beautiful pairing with all the right synergies, bringing together a sustainable vineyard and an ethical natural skincare range, all proudly made in New Zealand.
Those who attended got to learn firsthand the story of Linden Leaves skincare and its NATRUE certification from founder Brigit Blair, who talked everyone through the process of bottling their individual oils. Linden Leaves still does this process by hand (just like we did on the day) for every bottle sold.
True Food and Yoga on Tamaki Drive, Auckland provided the perfect setting. Sun streamed through the windows of this stunning harbourside location. It was airy, light and wonderfully zen. True Food and Yoga also provided the gorgeous food from its in-house kitchen.
Everyone left carrying a generous goody bag, and with plans to return for a nourishing yoga session.
If you missed out on this event, don’t worry; we’re holding another one in May 2018. For details, head to good.net.nz/whats-on
