Was given this mag – awesome read! Even some vegan yumminess. Was also happy to see @lulasticblog in there. I recommend this mag @goodmagazinenz. @conscious_ali via Instagram

Sitting here at my desk reading the latest copy of @goodmagazinenz and pinching myself – seriously love my library job. Where else can I be surrounded by academia, creativity, books and magazines. #goodmagazinenz #magazinecover #librarian #academiclibrarian

On my birthday, at the beginning of March, to my surprise I retrieved from my mailbox a copy of Good magazine. Thinking my daughter must have paid for the subscription for my birthday, I sat down to read it. Later that day I texted her to say thanks, also adding what a vibrant and informative read it was. She knew nothing about it. I am now waiting with baited breath to see if I recieve the next copy... I shall definitely subscribe myself if I don’t!

A good day when Good magazine arrives at my local dairy. Always a pretty cover and never a disappointing read. This month the article on stress was fascinating. To learn a different way of tackling this very common anxiety in these fast-paced, expensive and challenging times is most welcomed. I can understand how a more “natural method” of dealing with stress can bring one’s self and one’s body back to the calmness it craves. It’s amazing how holistic, alternative and just basic practices, like breathing, can create better health and dispel toxicity. (I’m breathing slowly and deeply as I type this!) And feeling good! Can’t wait for next issue. Jill from Tawa

So good to read a magazine that has today’s reader at its heart, one that actively promotes/cares with a down-toearth article on health – the build-up of stress and practical ways to relax; also articles to awaken our senses and interest; to refresh; and dream – a beautiful story on Niue; and delicious eye-catching recipes to make good healthy choices. Just thought I’d give you some feedback on the March/April issue. The cover is eye catching, good use of print, current interest topics: e-bikes, stress, mood food .... Great use of autumn colours on the model. Concise, informative articles... great A to Z of Dunedin, plus you also have a feature on the craft beer and chocolates made there in different sections of your magazine, which is clever. Being a magazine published once every two months you can take your time... pick up, have a wee read then put it down and still feel your soul has been nourished in some way. Great work ‘Team Good’. After being a subscriber for a couple of years I thought I would have a break; I had learned so much I thought I was set for life – not true! While at the dentist I got stuck into your magazine and am now back subscribing. I have thought many times about passing on [old copies] but after a quick flick through again I just can’t bear to – my friends will just have to borrow! Robyn Challenger

?? ?? I’m always super excited when @goodmagazinenz arrives in my mail. The article about stress is really what I needed right now #goodmagazinenz #consciousliving #makestressyourfriend @zlsprs via Instagram Autumn means I can start all my mornings off with a massive dose of feijoas. Feijoas (and hot cross buns) are the only plus side to the weather starting to cool down and shorter days. I’ve also been loving the newest addition of @goodmagazinenz for a morning read. With a side of turmeric latte, of course. @goingcrueltyfree via Instagram Nothing beats sitting in the sunshine with my dog, drinking coffee and reading my favourite magazine! Thanks.
