MIKKEL VANG

Photographer Mikkel Vang was born in Denmark, studied film in Copenhagen and moved to Melbourne in 1999. These days, when he’s not shooting for travel, food and design clients all over the world, he spends most of his time in New York. “It somehow fits my rhythm,” he says. Vang, who shot our chocolate recipes (starting on page 86), says working again in Australia felt like coming home. “This is where it all started for me,” he says. “And all that chocolate – what more could you ask for?”
