Gourmet Institute is back with some of the country’s hottest cooking talent. This year ’s all-star line-up includes Guillaume Brahimi (Bistro Guillaume), Analiese Gregory (Bar Brosé), Paul Carmichael (Momofuku Seiobo), George Calombaris (The Press Club), James Viles (Biota), Shannon Bennett (Vue de Monde), Ben Bertei (Rick Shores) and Bethany Finn (The Mayflower). Peel St chef Jordan Theodoros is next up in Adelaide on 3 May with his signature lamb soldiers. In Sydney on 17 May, 4Fourteen’s Colin Fassnidge will help you perfect your winter roast, and on 24 May on the Gold Coast, nail simple seafood with the help of Ben Devlin from Paper Daisy.
