Pure South Dining is the Southbank stalwart that loves all things Tassie. Reopening late last year after renovation, the casual downstairs dining space now opens from breakfast to nightcap with a menu that includes scallop pie and braised Flinders Island lamb, chicken wings and Tasmanian apple pie.
