Owners Rocco Esposito and Lisa Pidutti are winemakers who champion emerging Beechworth winemakers here and at their sister restaurant-wine store in Melbourne. Wines by small producers such as Domenica and Sentio are available by the glass, ideal with capocollo and buffalo mozzarella or orechiette tossed with gorgonzola, pear and hazelnuts.
