An­nam is the new restau­rant from Jerry Mai, of Pho Nom, at the old Kuni’s site on Lit­tle Bourke Street. The 100-seat eatery, ex­pected to open this month, will fea­ture an open kitchen with a char-grill where whole fish, both salt-baked and grilled, and other seafood will be the main at­trac­tion. You can also ex­pect rolled-to-or­der rice-pa­per rolls with fill­ings such as char-grilled lob­ster and salmon roe and lightly torched toro, plus Cam­bo­dian-style cur­ries.
