The inn crowd, p108
The story of the Argyle Inn in Taralga, about three hours’ drive from Sydney in the NSW Southern Tablelands, is about rural renewal, says Alicia Taylor. The Sydney photographer shot the newly restored 1870s inn for the feature on its bistro on page 108. “The Argyle feels like the best of rural Australia,” she says. “A celebration of heritage, hospitality and the pleasures of home-grown, home-cooked meals.”
