WOOD-FIRED PIZZA

A weekend jaunt to the Southern Highlands of NSW was made even more delightful when we discovered a pizza oven at our accommodat­ion. After firing it up, we spent the day reducing a rich tomato sauce, and kneading, proving then stretching the dough. The effort was worthwhile – and not a pizza box in sight!
