John Coltrane starts in F Mixolydian with a chromatic passing note, then moves up Bb Mixolydian with a chromatic passing note over the Bb7, ending in Bb Half-Whole Diminished and moving back to land on the 3rd (A) and root of F7, leading into him outlining the implied sequence F7, Gm7, G#dim7, F/A, coming back down F Mixolydian and leading chromatically into C Melodic Minor over the Cm7, ending on the root on F7. He then anticipates the Bb7, moving into Bb Mixolydian with a chromatic passing note, then F Lydian b7 and F Mixolydian over the F7. Over the Am7b5, he comes down the F Major Scale with a chromatic passing note leading into an Ebdim7 arpeggio over the D7 and resolves to a Gm arpeggio, then uses G Melodic Minor over the Gm7, moving down chromatically then coming back up C Mixolydian over the C7 and closing in F Mixolydian over the final F7.
