Lonnie Mack’s 1964 recording, The Wham Of That Memphis Man is a must-have as it contains the hit instrumental version of Chuck Berry’s song Memphis, on which he used his legendary Gibson Flying V, serial number 007, and its unusually located Bigsby vibrato unit. In 1985 he recorded another seminal album with the help of big fan Stevie Ray Vaughan, entitled Strike Like Lightning.
