Scott be­ing Scott, he pushes this as­so­ci­a­tion into im­plied Half-Whole sym­me­try by mov­ing up a fur­ther three frets, as is cus­tom­ary with any vo­cab­u­lary found within this scale. As Scott says, “i con­sider my­self a blues-rock player but i bor­row from jazz.”
