“A small tool-set is a great thing to have, either in your guitar case or gig bag,” says Graham Lilley. “But be careful when going through an airport, as they will remove any cutters or pliers. There are plenty of compact sets around, with the bits you might need: string winders, cutters, torch, capo, small cross-head and slot-head screwdrivers etc. Cruz Tools do a nice compact set in a little zip case, which also has a selection of screwdriver bits and sockets.”
