Age shall not weary them, Clare Valley rieslings. This is one of the best vintages since 2002, and this Watervale wine will slowly develop honeyed, cold-toast complexity, with an underlying kaffir lime power. The palate transforms to become opulent and richer, balanced by the beautiful natural acidity. It has 18 to 20 years cellar potential.
