Our McLaren Vale mataro vineyard is a little gem, it is very consistent each year in producing brightly aromatic and richly concentrated wines. We believe our Single Vineyard Mataro will mature well for the medium-term, retaining a fresh fruit core and developing complex, brooding and savoury flavours.
