Aged cabernet sauvignon is one of the pleasures in wine and life. I enjoy sharing the experience with good friends, and the incentive for years of careful cellaring is remarkable. To see the wine evolve after time in bottle, and have the bouquet and palate open up after decanting, displaying classic cabernet characters, is a great reward.
