From vineyards across the Eden Valley, night-harvested, destemmed, chilled, pressed to tank for fermentation at 15˚C. Pale straw-green; the aromatic bouquet picks up citrus blossom on the first whiff, the palate seamlessly running with lime/ lemon flavours along silvery lines of acidity. A very good example of a very good vintage. 12.5% alc.

WINEMAKER Julia Weirich What can we expect from this riesling?

A near-perfect growing season helped produce our first Eden Valley riesling in 2017. Aspect and challenging micro-climates in our vineyards create a fine zesty mouthfeel and retain natural acidity. Serious in its complex aromas and enduring, dry finish, yet still a wine that is wonderfully light at heart, best drunk in great company!
