From the cool Mount Gambier region, much unexplored but potentially very good. This has riveting acidity and lime sorbet flavours, and an exciting development potential. Have five bob each way. 11.5% alc. Riesling is an all-year-round drink, paired with fabulous local King George Whiting in summer through to spicy, aromatic Thai dishes in the winter. People love it for its consistent freshness and vibrancy, selling out every year, possibly because we love it so much.
