Finds a good gear and sticks with it through to an extended finish. Lemon, lime and bath salts. It could hardly be more regional, or more varietal. There’s (ripe) fruit to the mid-palate but the finish is gorgeously dry. CM 12.5% alc. The 2017 Watervale Riesling is one of our most popular wines. It is clean, crisp and vibrant with soft citrus flavours and bright, full fruit sweetness that leads to a long, dry finish. It’s a moreish wine that entices you to keep coming back for more!
