Fermented wild in old oak. No oak flavour at all but highly textural and fluid, the flavours of lime, mineral, orange peel and slate pulling as one towards a long, velvety finish. A class act from the start, but the curl of extra flavour through the finish ices it. CM 12% alc. Hand selected from our 41-year-old vineyard, this is a classic, dry-style riesling which was awarded three trophies and three gold medals in 2017. It’s well suited to sunny days, seafood and sharing with friends. While so enjoyable to drink now, it will also reward long-term cellaring.
