There’s a pure, unforced quality about this wine. Less is more, in a way. The bouquet and palate offer the requisite gooseberry and citrus aromas and flavours with a touch of tropical fruit and subtle minerality adding dimension, and the acidity, although fine, is persistent and lingering. Beautifully poised all through and a pleasure to drink. Two trophies under it’s belt so far. SC 12% alc.

Sauvignon blanc excels in our high, cool site, producing racy, flavoursome wines. With its lovely natural acidity, this wine is an ideal partner for oysters and white fish, and will drink nicely for some time, well into its third year.
