100% fermented, and matured for 18 months, in French barriques (15% new). Pinot gris doesn’t get much more complex or serious than this. It’s a wine-drinker’s wine, not for amateurs. 13.5% alc. Pinot gris/grigio is in high demand at present. This is a true gris style with abundant, ripe tropical fruit, balanced by firm acidity and moderate alcohol. This was achieved by near-perfect growing conditions and use of some older oak in the winery.
