This estate-grown wine would cause any Alsace winemaker to nod in appreciation. Its heady musk and rose petal aromas pick up a dash of lychee on the palate. There are phenolics on the finish, but add to the appeal with their spicy bite. No tricks in the vinification: this is the vintage speaking. 13.9% alc.

Thanks to the high altitude and cool climate of our vineyard, the grapes retain high levels of acidity, which results in great freshness of the wine, perfectly balancing its richness and flavour intensity. Our gewurz is bone dry, structured and very long – a perfect partner to various spicy meals.
