VIGNERON AND FOUNDER Fred Peacock What should we know about this wine?

Chardonnay, like pinot noir, is very well suited to Tasmania’s cool climate, yet doesn’t enjoy the widespread reputation that pinot noir does. Fruit-driven, incorporating subtle French oak and balanced by crisp acidity, Tasmanian chardonnay is an undiscovered gem.
