A new din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence awaits at The South­ern High­lands Brew­ing Com­pany in Moss Vale, a 90-minute drive south of Syd­ney. The brew­ery in­cludes re­cently opened restau­rant Tap­house, headed up by chef Michael Mor­ri­son, who has ex­pe­ri­ence at the likes of Onde, Bistro Mon­cur and Re­gatta in Syd­ney. The menu com­ple­ments the team’s craft beer, which in­cludes a porter, lager, IPA and more. Their brew­ing phi­los­o­phy is that beer should be bal­anced and ses­sion­able, while the menu show­cases how well beer pairs with food.
