Our cellar door at Hall village is only 15 minutes from the centre of Canberra, and our epicurean tasting of four wines expertly matched to four tastes of food is a particular favourite. Our group tasting room features changing exhibitions of local and regional artists.

What does Capital Wines do differently? The cool climate and long ripening season of the district produces exceptional quality fruit with intense flavours. Our Kyeema vineyard shiraz is an old South Australian clone, sourced from vineyards used by Penfolds. Ours is one of just a few Canberra vineyards to produce shiraz from this clone. The combination of age and clone make these vines unique within the region.
