A modest colour, such purple as it may have had now red; but don’t judge a book by its cover, for the wine is in fact swarming with all things Blewitt Springs. Its mid-palate is cashmere-rich and welcoming, but doesn’t let you simply relax, superfine tannins contributing to both flavour and texture, with a hint of dark chocolate on the finish.
