Estate-grown, matured for 16 months in mainly French (20% new) and American (10% new) oak. This wine as tasted immediately after the Centurion, and rose to the challenge without blinking once. The colour is good, the wine with resounding fruit flavours of black cherry and Cherry Ripe, which are carried by fine, persistent tannins through the length of the palate.
