91 The Torres winemaking dynasty’s Priorat wine is a blend of garnacha, syrah and cariñena, and it’s packed with power and presence. Dark and intense with black cherries, dried figs and spiced with oak, despite its richness there’s a lovely fresh acidity from the altitude of the Priorat hills too.
